functions for the remainder of the season and 1 year
probation for his behavior and threats to other players in the parking lot
after a game on 8/03/03 as well as the behavior of a relative he brought to
that game. The aforementioned relative of Terrance Ballard is permanently banned from attending any NABA functions. Any violation of that ban will result in the police being called as his actions will be interpreted as criminal trespass. |

Jake Getz is NOT suspended at this time for failure to control his team as I don't believe that will help him control the team any better, but he is hereby mandated to take control of his teams behavior.
